Conor Stokes

As Head of Employment Permit Operations in the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation from June 2015 to January 2018 during the changeover from the paper-based process to the online system, Conor Stokes is perfectly placed to provide you with a well-informed overview of the permit system.  As project manager during this critical time, he is uniquely positioned to provide insight and guidance into how to make the most effective use of your time when making an Employment Permit application. He also oversaw the introductory phase of the Trusted Partner Initiative during the same period.

Les Prés Consulting Services (LPCS) was formed in 2019 to provide Executive Coaching, Mediation, Facilitation and Training services in a fresh, person-centred manner adapted to the needs of our clients.

Services we offer:

Consultancy package– Contact us for assistance with the employment permit process. You retain control over the permit application and payment process and handle any of the queries that arise in an informed manner, assisted by our staff.

Staff Training – We provide a half-day training session tailored to the needs of your staff. This will bring them up to speed on how the employment permit process fits in with the Immigration process in Ireland and will equip them with the skills necessary to complete the permit process from their own desktop. Provided in a friendly, informed fashion, this workshop is a must for any one considering establishing an in-house employment permit processing capacity.

Agency Service – We will complete the Employment Permit process for you, from start to finish. Following an initial consultation we will take over the application process, dealing with the queries that arise along the way, arranging payment of permit fees, and will arrange for the Department to send out your permit to you for retention.
